Summer is rolling on and fall is coming dangerously close. If you are anything like us you've used up all of your vacation time but still have plenty of wanderlust left, and your desire to getaway is still at an all-time high. So our master plan is to use all of our precious remaining vacation days and spread them out over as many long weekends as we can possibly string together until the sun starts going down at 6:00 p.m. again. Spring appetizers for your dinner

If you live with other humans, or are human yourself, you have reached the point in the year where your usual 6:00 p.m. dinner has turned into pre-dinner before you eat an ice cream dinner at 9:00. While we may want to fix this by sliding dinner back, it is not possible to stretch your twelve o’clock lunch hour to dinner at eight. So what we end up doing is just rearranging the night to have ice cream at 6:00 before dinner at 9:00.
