Just because Labor Day weekend is over, it doesn’t mean summer has to stop! In the Southeast the higher temperatures continue. While it may not be in the 90’s anymore, the upper 80’s is still a great reason to get out and enjoy your local swimming holes before the season is completely over. Spring appetizers for your dinner

If you live with other humans, or are human yourself, you have reached the point in the year where your usual 6:00 p.m. dinner has turned into pre-dinner before you eat an ice cream dinner at 9:00. While we may want to fix this by sliding dinner back, it is not possible to stretch your twelve o’clock lunch hour to dinner at eight. So what we end up doing is just rearranging the night to have ice cream at 6:00 before dinner at 9:00.
