Spring appetizers for your dinner

If you live with other humans, or are human yourself, you have reached the point in the year where your usual 6:00 p.m. dinner has turned into pre-dinner before you eat an ice cream dinner at 9:00. While we may want to fix this by sliding dinner back, it is not possible to stretch your twelve o’clock lunch hour to dinner at eight. So what we end up doing is just rearranging the night to have ice cream at 6:00 before dinner at 9:00.
