The month of December can be a hectic time with New Year right around the corner and holidays in the midst. With hectic schedules and planning galore some may hastily notice the darker winter days while others may not even notice. For us, the earlier sunset and dark before you even get off work days sometimes coincide with less time for the fun outdoors. Fewer hiking/camping/fishing days and less sunlight can have a huge impact on those outdoor lovers – like us!
